In the 3D printing world, the term “reliability” is thrown around quite liberally. The reason for this is that, for many, 3D printers have been anything but reliable. Usually, regardless of industry, this concept is used by marketers to minimize a problem rather than to highlight a strength. For example reliability is not typically included in marketing for a spoon, a towel, or a table, but it is for cars.
MakerGear has enjoyed growth merely through word-of-mouth. While nearly all of our competition rely on significant marketing budgets, the reliability of our machines is the reason for our success.
